THE INITIAL DREAM:

The idea for ModuFarmBot was born when Jonas, an environmental engineering enthusiast, and Viano, an innovative mechanical engineer, came together to address the inefficiencies in modern agriculture. During a farm survey, Jonas focused on environmental challenges, such as soil degradation, resource overuse, and emissions from diesel machinery. Meanwhile, Viano analyzed the mechanical limitations of traditional farming equipment, envisioning smarter, adaptable solutions.
Driven by their shared passion, Jonas and Viano brainstormed a way to revolutionize agriculture. Their goal was to create a modular robot that could tackle multiple farming tasks—sowing, fertilizing, weeding, and harvesting—while being environmentally friendly and cost-effective.

The development process began with 3D modeling, where Viano designed an innovative chassis inspired by Mars rovers, capable of navigating uneven terrain. Jonas contributed ideas to ensure the robot minimized environmental impact, such as electric power and precision-controlled resource application. Evetually, it led to 3D printing, the team iteratively tested and refined components like vector wheels for mobility and modular connectors for interchangeable tools.
